Conference sessions (that grew out of our CURT network)
September 2026: Upcoming session at the NSO-GfÖ conference in Odense on the topic `New Processes, New Questions: Networks and Traits in Socio-Ecological Research`.
June 2024: Our CURT network hosted a session on the 5th June at 2pm at The Nature of Cities festival in Berlin on the topic, ‘Untangling the Interconnectedness of Biodiversity and Human Health in Urban Areas through Social-Ecological Networks’ .
Workshops (held with our CURT members)
June 2026: We had our 3rd workshop on urban social-ecological networks (10th-12th June) in Berlin. Again, we gathered to share urban ecology and social-ecological network research and this time to co-develop ideas for future research projects in urban SENs.

June 2024: Our 2nd workshop on urban social-ecological networks (10th-13th June). This time, the focus was on comparative approaches.
July 2023: From the 4th-6th July, we were hosting our first hybrid workshop in Berlin. Our network with experts from urban ecology and social-ecological networks came together for 2.5-days, with the aim to bridge disciplines and to kick-off our project! Zeno guided us through the workshop with some of his “Design Thinking” tools and we finished our workshop with an excursion to the Berliner Südgelände.
